The solution integrates wireless IoT devices (temperature, humidity, CO\u2082, formaldehyde), smart cameras with AI for real-time occupancy counting, and digital models in openBIM IFC4 standard format within the POWERBIM ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>The scope of the work performed is divided into several areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CONNECTION
