To simulate multiple scenarios and work in BIM5D, a complete detailed model is not required if the prices managed are global. In fact, a BIM model with \u201cBoxes\u201d defining dwellings, common areas, terraces, and specific components like parking spaces, is sufficient to automate calculations, allowing the client to configure several versions before detailing the best option.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The pilot project aimed to demonstrate to the client the possibilities of easily calculating the required indicators from a custom Power BI report connected to POWERBIM. From this template, all projects with the same requirements can be automated in POWERBIM, including the comparison of project versions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The next steps will
